| My name is Karen Nieforth. I have been designing patterns for over 10 years. I have been designing sewing patterns for the last 2 years and LOVE every minute of it!

| I grew up in Bountiful, UT, got married to my wonderful husband Rick and moved to Seattle, WA, where he is from. We lived there for the first 10 years of our marriage and then moved back to Utah. We have been blessed with 3 beautiful girls who just love to craft. (Just like their mommy!) I am truly blessed to have such a supportive family!

| When I design my patterns, I try to describe the instruction as if I was sitting right next to you, explaining how to put it together. If I can't figure out an easy way to explain something, it usually doesn't get made into a pattern. :) All my patterns are simple and easy to make! Some may look difficult, but believe me, if I can do it, you can! :) I am not the best seamstress around! LOL! Don't give me a dress patterns to make! I'd probably turn it into a bowl of fabric fruit! LOL!
